Cost Controller

Job description

The Cost Controller will be responsible for monitoring and managing all cost-related activities within Villa Haven. This includes analyzing costs, preparing budget reports, and implementing cost-saving measures. The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for detail, strong analytical skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with various departments to ensure financial efficiency and sustainability. Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field. Professional certification such as CPA, CMA, or ACCA is preferred. Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in cost control or financial management, preferably within the hospitality industry. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Proficiency in financial software and Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus. Ability to work in a remote location and adapt to a flexible schedule.
