ISMIRA Agency actively recruiting for positions ADULT ANIMATOR / ANIMATOR CRUISE STAFF for COSTA CRUISES! Adult Animator entertains Guests in the various activities and promotes interactions between them during the cruise Conditions: Free food and accommodation on board First joining ticket is provided by company Medical insurance provided during the work contract Contract 6-8 months, followed by 2 months vacation Activities for crew Opportunity to save money and travel while working Meet new friends from all over the world Great chance to show yourself and build a career Responsibilities: Keeps in contact with Guests during the cruise in order to promote the entertainment activities behaving in accordance with the principles of the Costa Brand positioning Involves Guests in animation activities using the correct tone of voice to socialize and helps them to interact with each other paying special attention to include the isolated ones removing language barriers Organizes the animation activities in order to fit Guests expectations and needs Manages Guests complaints taking direct action or addressing them to the Chief Adult Animator or to the relevant department to provide a fast and effective solution Could collaborate in other activities held by the Entertainment Department and when needed for revenue purposes with other departments in accordance with Entertainment working schedule Manages and gives assistance at the "Rope Garden Park" where present, upon receiving a specific training Requirements: Minimum 19 years old Good level of English Knowledge of any additional European language is an advantage ( Italian, French, German, Spanish, Portuguese, Chinese) At least 1 year experience in Hotels in similar positions (Entertainment, Animator Staff) Good administrative skills. Work with international team members.
