As Country Manager, you are both the leader and the doer. You will personally own and close strategic enterprise accounts alongside our partners, while building and leading the France team and the partner ecosystem around it. You will report to the Vice President, Enterprise Sales, and act as the voice of France inside the global organization, and as the face of Nerdio to French customers, partners, and Microsoft. Within the team, you will work alongside the Partner Development Manager and the Pre-Sales Lead, together with extended teams across EMEA, to deliver a single, coordinated go-to-market for customers and partners in France. Set joint business plans with key partners, run enablement and co-marketing, and hold partners accountable for pipeline and results. Work side by side with partner account teams on live customer opportunities, including opportunity registration and deal coordination. Build and nurture executive relationships with partner leadership, so Nerdio is a priority in their Microsoft cloud and EUC practice.
