# Country Manager - Peru > Marathon Talent · Lima, Peru · Full-time · Posted 2026-08-14 **Workplace:** on_site **Department:** Standard economics ## Description Launch and run one of our priority markets: regulatory setup, growth, operations, and local partnerships. You'll own your market end to end. - Own your country's launch plan and P&L: market research, regulatory path, go-to-market, hiring - Growth across paid, referral, influencer, and community channels - Own local creative: campaign concepts, copy, and content adapted to your market - User research: talk to users constantly, surface local insights, and feed them back into product and engineering - Set up local operations: customer support, compliance, banking/payment partnerships - Data analysis (SQL, dashboards); work directly with product and engineering - Product localization: onboarding, copy, pricing, local payment rails (PSE, Pix, Yape, MODO, etc.) ## Requirements - 5+ years of operational experience in tech (fintech, marketplaces, delivery, or similar) - Track record owning growth: channels, funnels, experiments, with results - Product experience: roadmaps, specs, working with eng/design - Technical enough to query data and build small tools (SQL, GitHub) - Heavy AI tooling user — uses AI daily for research, analysis, and content production - Fluent Spanish and English (**Portuguese and English for Brazil**) - Based in the country you'll run **Nice to have:** - Local fintech/payments experience: regulators, payment rails, wallets, lending - Prior market launch or 0→1 experience - Background at LatAm operators (DiDi, Rappi, Nu, Mercado Pago, etc.) ## Apply [Apply at Marathon Talent](https://apply.workable.com/marathon-talent/j/97FDE4EF22/apply) --- Powered by [Workable](https://www.workable.com)
