Job description
Country Manager Grow revenue and mindshare within the Singapore and Indochina enterprise business. Nurture the team across the region and oversee both direct and indirect businesses. Essential Job Responsibilities • The primary role and responsibility is to drive country growth through direct and partner sales and profitability. • Manage and also be responsible for assigned regional coverage through executed account plans for enterprise market and channel sales market coverage to meet assigned quota. • Establish and maintain positive & proactive relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including partner sales, management, marketing, and other corporate functions, to gain mindshare and drive sales activity. • Create and execute partner strategic business planning, align business strategies, and develop account specific attack plans to maximize opportunity. • Work in conjunction with the partner and the SE team to create development and training plans to ensure sales team and partner readiness, technical capabilities, and Wi-Fi sales acumen. • Regular cross function collaboration with other job functions, including Regional Sales Managers, Field SE organization, Product Marketing, Product Management, Training/Certifications, Corporate Marketing, etc. • Keep current with product release information including sales materials, product roadmap, features, applications, and competition to disseminate to partners as appropriate. • Create and analyze sales reports, identify issues contributing to success or shortcomings and take any corrective action. Requirements • This position requires a driven individual displaying strong leadership and self- motivation, minimum 3 years of people management experience. • Solid presentation, organizational, and communication skills are critical to success and are must for the position. • The ideal candidate will possess advanced computer networking knowledge. • Forty percent business travel is the base expectation for successful territory development.
