Ensure the work is performed safe and with due care of Company’s assets. Operate and inspect machines or heavy equipment to diagnose defects.Repair and replace damaged or worn parts. Dismantle and reassemble heavy equipment using hoists and hand tools. Clean, lubricate and perform other routine maintenance work on equipment and vehicles.Examine parts for damage or excessive wear using micrometers and gauges. Read, understand, and interpret operating manuals, parts manuals, blueprints, and technical drawings.Overhaul and test machines or equipment to ensure operating efficiency. Inspect, test, and listen to defective equipment to diagnose malfunctions using.Prepare equipment for RoK related inspection and arrange all required paperwork. Carry out fault diagnosis and route cause analysis on components after failure. Manage the team and ensure the working area is in good condition. Perform all other duties as required by Company’s Lifting Equipment Supervisor within the physical constraints of the job.RequirementsBS in mechanical or electrical engineering or equivalent diploma.Minimum of ten (10) years’ experience. Working (i.e diagnosing/ troubleshooting) on lifting equipment and accessories.Familiar with testing mechanical products and equipment after repair or modification to ensure proper performance and compliance with manufacturer’s specifications.
