Creative Designer and Sr. Creative Designer (Night Shift)

Job description

## Who Are We? RZR is an AI-native advertising platform built for the next era of performance marketing. We operate at the intersection of machine learning, programmatic media, and full-funnel mobile growth, powering campaigns for some of the world's most ambitious advertisers. Our platform is purpose-built to deliver outcomes at scale, not just impressions. We are a team of builders, operators, and technologists who believe the advertising industry is overdue for a fundamental rethink. We move fast, operate with a high degree of ownership, and hold ourselves to an exceptionally high standard of craft. RZR is scaling aggressively with an active M&A pipeline and a platform vision that puts us on a path to becoming an industry leader. This is a rare opportunity to join a company at an inflection point and help shape what it becomes. --- ## Role Overview As Creative Designer/ Sr. Creative Designer at RZR, you will design and produce high-quality multimedia content across paid social, DSPs, and ad networks — contributing directly to creative scale, quality, and execution speed for global teams. This role requires a strong foundation in graphic design, animation, and video production, with the ability to adapt creative assets for performance-driven marketing environments. You will collaborate closely with Creative Leads, Strategists, and Project Managers to ensure outputs align with campaign objectives, platform requirements, and brand standards. This is a night shift role, supporting mid-shift coverage across RZR's global Creative Services function. The right person for this role takes pride in craft and moves fast without sacrificing quality — someone who can juggle multiple projects, respond quickly to performance feedback, and continuously raise the bar on what great creative execution looks like at scale. --- ## Key Responsibilities - Conceptualise, design, and produce multimedia creative assets including static ads, motion graphics, and video content - Adapt and optimise assets for multiple platforms including Meta, TikTok, DSPs, and ad networks - Ensure brand consistency and adherence to creative guidelines across all deliverables - Collaborate with Creative Leads, Strategists, and Project Managers on execution - Manage multiple design tasks simultaneously while meeting tight deadlines - Participate in creative iterations based on performance insights and feedback - Incorporate AI tools and automation where applicable to improve efficiency and output quality - Stay current with industry trends in digital advertising and multimedia design --- ## Required Skills and Experience ### Must-Have - 2–5+ years of experience in multimedia production, motion graphics, video editing, or digital/performance advertising design - Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite — Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, and Premiere Pro - Solid understanding of composition, typography, colour theory, and visual storytelling - Experience producing assets for digital and mobile-first platforms - Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment - Strong collaboration and communication skills ### Nice-to-Have - Experience with Figma, Canva, Procreate, or other interactive and emerging design tools - Familiarity with performance-driven creative optimisation including A/B testing and iterative creative improvements - Exposure to AI-powered creative tools such as generative design or automation tools - Experience working with global or distributed teams ### Work Setup This is a night shift, hybrid role requiring regular onsite attendance for collaboration, reviews, and team activities. Creative team members may occasionally work onsite more frequently depending on project demands. Fully remote candidates will not be considered. --- ## Why Join RZR? - **Work at genuine scale** — RZR handles 5 million ad requests per second across 10 billion devices. The creative you produce runs in live, high-volume campaigns from day one. - **Performance creative, not production for its own sake** — your work is measured against real outcomes. You will see how design decisions translate into campaign results and iterate accordingly. - **Collaborate with a tight-knit, high-standard creative team** — you will work directly with Creative Leads and Strategists who care about craft and push the quality bar on every deliverable. - **Stay on the edge of the industry** — RZR actively embraces AI tools and emerging design technology. If you want to work somewhere that experiments with what's next, this is it. - **Real ownership of your output** — in a lean Creative Services team, your work is visible and your contributions matter. --- ## RZR Behaviors RZR operates by eight core behaviors: Extreme Ownership · Move Fast · Drive for Excellence · Proactive Communication · Courage · Curiosity · Deliver Results · Manage Ambiguity **RZR is an equal opportunity employer** RZR is a place where everyone can grow.
