This is a backend-focused offshore role where you will work closely with a Senior Australian Credit Analyst to move deals from start to finish efficiently and accurately.Duties & Responsibilities:CRM & Pipeline ManagementManage and maintain Mercury Nexus (Connective) CRMKeep pipelines clean with accurate notes, task tracking, and status updatesEnsure applications move through correct workflow stages without delaysLoan Processing & Packaging (End-to-End Support)Set up new files and provide compliance and administrative supportPackage and prepare mortgage applications for submissionCheck, rename, and organise documents accurately and consistentlyIdentify missing or incorrect documentation and resolve issues earlyPrepare supporting documentation for submission and internal reviewPerform accurate data entry across CRM and lender platformsPricing & Application CoordinationAssist with pricing requestsPrepare and submit AOL (Approval/Authority/Application packs as required)Order valuations and track progress through to completionSettlement & Progression SupportFollow up with lenders, solicitors, and conveyancers to keep files progressingTrack lender conditions, outstanding items, and settlement timelinesMonitor deadlines and escalate issues proactivelyProvide regular internal updates to ensure visibility across the teamRequirementsMust Have:Minimum 2+ years’ experience as a Credit Analyst or Loan Processor within an Australian brokerage or lender environmentHands-on experience using Mercury Nexus (Connective) CRM strongly preferredProven experience packaging and submitting mortgage applicationsStrong understanding of Australian lending processes and compliance requirementsExceptional attention to detail with ability to maintain clean, compliant filesStrong written English communication skillsComfortable working within Australian timelines and service standardsProactive “follow-up until done” mindsetNice to Have:Experience with debt consolidation scenariosExperience with non-conforming or complex credit filesUnderstanding of lender documentation standards and assessment requirementsExperience coordinating valuations and managing settlements at volume

Duties & Responsibilities:
CRM & Pipeline Management

Loan Processing & Packaging (End-to-End Support)
- Set up new files and provide compliance and administrative support
- Package and prepare mortgage applications for submission
- Check, rename, and organise documents accurately and consistently
- Identify missing or incorrect documentation and resolve issues early
- Prepare supporting documentation for submission and internal review
- Perform accurate data entry across CRM and lender platforms
Pricing & Application Coordination
- Assist with pricing requests
- Prepare and submit AOL (Approval/Authority/Application packs as required)
- Order valuations and track progress through to completion
Settlement & Progression Support
- Follow up with lenders, solicitors, and conveyancers to keep files progressing

Requirements
