Job description
Essential Functions : Downloads, prints and distributes daily and/or weekly tasks, ensuring work is distributed evenly. Handles and resolves customer inquiries regarding returns and credits for purchased products. Manages work queues in order to maintain a 3-5 day processing period. Keeps accurate record of returned precious alloys and complies with company’s Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) for recycling. Performs credit analysis and audits to ensure credit is under warranty. Communicates with customers regularly for credit verifications. Generates weekly credit reports for all logistics departments across enterprise. Utilizes multiple systems to track and record daily credits requests. Communicates and coordinates with internal departments regarding discrepancies and unresolved issues. Thoroughly and accurately, documents credit information in recordkeeping to provide real time updates for customer service. Uses multiple software systems to view RX’s, call notes and prior invoices to verify credit legitimacy. Performs other related duties and projects as business needs require at direction of management. Education and Experience: High School diploma or equivalent. Minimum of two (2) years of customer service and/or logistics experience. Special Requirements/Certification: Must pass 10-key test. Pay Range: $21.00-$24.00/hr
