# Crew Payroll (0076 July 2026) > Royal Ocean Marine · Singapore, Singapore · Full-time · Posted 2026-07-21 **Salary:** SGD 60,000–80,000 **Workplace:** on_site **Department:** Maritime/Shipping/Marine ## Description **Monthly Payroll Processing:** Manage the end-to-end monthly payroll cycle for marine crew, ensuring all wage calculations, overtime, and deductions adhere to MLC standards and individual contracts. **Allotment Management:** Process and verify monthly home allotment requests to ensure seamless transfer of funds to crew dependants. **Disbursements & Reimbursements:** Audit shipboard claims, travel allowances, and operational expenses, ensuring proper authorization before releasing payments. **Crew Remittance & Query Management:** Act as the dedicated helpdesk for seafarers regarding salary calculations, remittance status, tax queries, and allowance adjustments. ## Requirements **Education:** Minimum Diploma holder in any discipline. **Experience:** At least 1–3 years of direct experience in crew manning, maritime payroll, or crew management. **Technical Skills:** Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel/Word) and familiarity with maritime crewing/payroll ERP software. **Soft Skills:** Detail-oriented, ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment, and strong interpersonal/communication skills.
