Key Responsibilities: Consult and advise our clients and internal stakeholders on uses of technology to solve business problems Participate in client workshops to analyze and design solutions for workstreams Transform business requirements into application requirements to populate the requirements traceability matrix and conduct a fit/gap analysis Write functional specifications and collaborate with the technical team to ensure functional requirements are understood Prototype, configure, and test respective business processes . Skills and Experiences: Proficient in spoken and written Japanese (min JLPT N3) Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in a relevant field Proficient in programming languages such as .NET and SQL Basic knowledge of Dynamics 365 CRM or Power Platform Basic knowledge of Azure Services Passion for learning along with good business sense and time management Strong verbal and written communication skills .
