CSA (Cleanroom) Construction Area Superintendent

***WORLD WIDE PROFESSIONAL SOLUTIONS** is a project solutions organization committed to implementing lean constructions, collaborative contracting, and execution approaches to enable breakthroughs in performance.* **Key Responsibilities** - Manage daily CSA construction activities within assigned cleanroom areas. - Lead and coordinate subcontractors to ensure safe, high-quality, and productive execution of work. - Monitor project progress, manpower, and productivity to meet schedule commitments. - Conduct field inspections and enforce safety, quality, and cleanroom standards. - Coordinate work sequencing and interfaces between CSA, MEP, and commissioning teams. - Identify and resolve field issues, constructability challenges, and schedule risks. - Participate in planning meetings, look-ahead schedules, and progress reviews. - Support system turnover, punch list resolution, and project closeout activities. **Qualifications** - 5+ years of construction supervision experience, preferably in semiconductor, pharmaceutical, advanced manufacturing, or cleanroom environments. - Strong knowledge of CSA construction methods, field operations, and subcontractor management. - Proven ability to manage safety, quality, and schedule performance in a fast-paced construction environment. - Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills. - OSHA 30 and experience with large-scale industrial or mission-critical projects preferred
