Responsibilities

- Work closely with engineering, design, MEP, and commissioning teams to ensure seamless integration of architectural works
- Track and ensure timely delivery and installation of materials, fixtures, and finishes
- Oversee quality assurance and control for all architectural elements, ensuring compliance with Winthrop and client standards
- Review and validate subcontractor applications for payment in conjunction with the commercial team
- Support project handover and close-out activities, ensuring completion of all package-related documentation
Requirements
- Degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related discipline
- 5+ experience in a main contracting environment
- Proven experience managing architectural/fitout packages on large-scale construction projects, ideally within Data Centres or high-tech sectors
- Strong technical understanding of architectural finishes, fitouts, and high-spec internal works
- Excellent organisational, communication, and coordination skills
- Strong understanding of project sequencing, package interfaces, and programme delivery
- Proficient in MS Word, Excel, and relevant project management tools
- Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and coordinate across CSA, MEP, and commissioning teams
- Commercial awareness with strong analytical and problem-solving skills
