This is an exciting opportunity to be a leader, driving complex client programs, shape delivery approaches, and building consulting capability across the practice As a Senior Consultant within the Securities Services team, you be part of custody transformation projects across custody operation and securities services for top-tier financial institution **KEY RESPONSIBILITIES** - Lead large-scale **custody operations and securities services transformation programmes** across settlements, asset servicing, corporate actions, reconciliations, and post-trade operations. - Provide subject matter expertise on custody operating models, operational controls, regulatory requirements, and industry best practices. - Advise clients on **target operating models, transformation strategies, process optimization, and platform modernization** across the custody value chain. - Drive end-to-end programme delivery, ensuring effective governance, risk management, and successful implementation of business and technology solutions. - Support business growth through client engagement, solution development, and thought leadership in custody and securities services transformation. - Mentor and develop consulting teams, helping to build a scalable custody transformation practice. **KEY REQUIREMENTS** - 5+ years of experience in banking, securities services, or consulting, with strong expertise in **custody operations, asset servicing, settlements, and post-trade processing**. - Strong understanding of custody products, operating models, regulatory requirements, and market infrastructure. - Proven track record leading **custody and securities services transformation programmes**, including operating model redesign, process re-engineering, automation, and platform modernization. - Strong consulting and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to advise senior business and technology leaders. - Demonstrated programme leadership experience, managing complex transformation initiatives and cross-functional teams. - Experience contributing to practice development through methodologies, frameworks, and thought leadership. - **Immediately Available Preferred!** **WHY JOIN CAPCO?** You will work on engaging projects with some of the largest banks and leading financial services in the world, on projects that will transform the financial services industry.
