You serve as the main liaison for project activities, coordinating efforts to ensure seamless integration and delivery. Your role involves collaborating with various stakeholders to align technical solutions with project goals, while overseeing the progress and quality of the applications being built. This position requires a proactive approach to managing tasks and addressing challenges that arise during the software development lifecycle, ensuring that the applications meet the required standards and expectations. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to perform independently and become an SME. - Required active participation/contribution in team discussions. - Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze requirements for application development. - Ensure timely delivery of software components by managing priorities and workflows effectively. - Mentor junior team members by sharing knowledge and best practices to foster professional growth. - Continuously evaluate and improve existing applications to enhance performance and scalability. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in PySpark. - Experience in developing scalable data processing pipelines using PySpark. - Strong understanding of distributed computing concepts and big data frameworks. - Ability to optimize PySpark jobs for performance and resource utilization. - Familiarity with data transformation, cleansing, and aggregation techniques within PySpark. - Experience in debugging and troubleshooting PySpark applications in production environments.
