Job description

Qualifications Bachelor’s Degree in Electronics, Mechanical, Electrical, Chemical, Industrial, or Manufacturing Engineering Master’s Degree or MBA is an advantage Experience 5–8 years of experience in NPI, customer program management, or product engineering within electronics or automotive industries Preferred Skills Strong customer-facing and leadership experience Knowledge of APQP, PPAP, DFMEA/PFMEA , validation testing, and industrialization Experience leading cross-functional teams PMP certification is an advantage Background in EMS or Tier 1/2 Automotive ; FPC/PCB knowledge is a plus Familiar with Lean, Six Sigma, IATF 16949 Proficient in MS Project or similar tools Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills To learn more about First Sumiden Circuits Inc. , please visit our website:
