Job description
Your mission
Act as the first point of contact for customers by handling inbound calls during business hours (08:00–16:00 or 09:00–17:00)
Support customers with questions related to invoices, payments, and subscriptions, ensuring clear and understandable explanations
Assist customers who experience challenges with billing or payment arrangements and help identify appropriate solutions
Take ownership of customer cases, ensuring accurate documentation, timely follow-up, and resolution
Carry out administrative tasks that support daily customer and business operations
Maintain and update customer and case information in internal systems with a high level of accuracy
Collaborate with internal teams by supporting coordination efforts and follow-ups
Contribute to the continuous improvement of customer service processes and operational workflows
Your profile
You have previous experience in customer service, support, or an administrative role and enjoy daily interaction with customers via phone and email
You are motivated to deliver an excellent customer experience and communicate in a professional, friendly, and solution-oriented manner
You work in a structured and responsible way, are comfortable working independently, and are confident using IT systems and digital tools
While you do not need to be an expert in invoicing or payments, you bring a strong willingness to learn and develop your skills
You communicate clearly and collaborate well with others, contributing positively to the team
You are fluent in spoken and written Swedish and have a good command of English
Danish language skills are an advantage, but not required
An interest in eMobility is considered an advantage
