Job Purpose: Ensures great Customer's Experience in the restaurants through executing clear aligned Customer Care systems & processes, Loyalty program's support, efficient cooperation with AmRest experts and systematic internal communication processes execution to deliver great relations with Customers, increase transactions/sales and support AmRest strategy realization. Responsibilities: Ensures and executes professional communication processes with customers Ensures right ownership distribution of feedbacks Support of system users Generates novel solutions in area of CX by recognizing customers needs, exploring and turning business opportunities into game-changers that gain and sustain the competitive advantage of AmRest Supports creation of monthly Analysis of OPS perfomance results Supports the creation of training materials for external and internal colleagues Maintains knowledge base to ensure up to date materials at all times Ensures proper distribution of needed actions across departments Monitors external stakeholders quality in terms of customer service Ensures proper progress by continuous reporting to supervisor about existing and upcoming challenges with task realization Plans and organizes own work efficiently in order to meet the deadlines of appointed tasks and routines Applies prudent mindset in managing budgets and resources Proactively looks for functional best practices, spreads knowledge, experience, findings and provides constructive inputs to support the superior in creation and roll-out of the departmental strategy/agenda.
