turbopuffer is looking for someone to help our customers succeed. **what you'll do:** - debug customer issues, optimize queries - write examples for our docs - live in customer slack channels, helping to solve problems - own customer outcomes **must have:** - **typist** - you can write well and can explain complex ideas simply - **linux** - you're comfortable in terminals and reading logs - **python or javascript/typescript** - for reproducing issues and building solutions - **human** - you build trust and keep things productive when everything's on fire - **systematic** - you methodically work through problems until you've found the root cause **nice to have:** - k8s experience - vector search or full-text search background - experience with the major cloud platforms **tpuf is hardcore & whimsical. we value:** - overstep > understep - show > tell - complexity is earned - showing up as part of our customer’s team - making stuff easy to react to
