As Betsson continues to grow across Latin America, we are looking for a **Customer Service Agent** to deliver an outstanding customer experience ## **The Wow** This role is key in supporting customers across multiple channels while ensuring compliance with player safety, responsible gaming, and regulatory requirements ## **A taster of what you will be involved with:** - Support customers via **email, live chat, and telephone** in Spanish and English - Work closely with the team to achieve **high customer satisfaction and KPI targets**. - Manage and maintain **customer accounts**.Translate **promotional content and customer surveys** into the local language when required. - Request, review, verify, and store **customer documentation** in line with regulatory requirements.Perform **KYC checks**, customer risk assessments, and monitor suspicious activity - Follow company policies related to **player safety, protection, fraud prevention, and responsible gaming**. ## **What we are looking for** - Strong **written and verbal communication skills** in Spanish and English. - Previous experience in **customer service** (face‑to‑face, online, or phone‑based) - Strong **attention to detail** and ability to multitask.Good knowledge of **Microsoft Office** tools. - Ability to work independently and meet deadlines. - Team player with a customer‑centric mindset. ## **What we offer** Much like riding a rollercoaster, sometimes life at Betsson can be lightning fast with twists and turns but always FUN!
