You'll assist users as they complete their online comparisons and offer clarity on product information. Your daily tasks involve communicating effectively via telephone, email, live chat, and social media.You'll use Word, Excel, and Google Suite to track inquiries and find solutions. You'll work closely with the wider customer service team to ensure people get help when they need it most. What you'll do
