David Kennedy Recruitment is working with a leading Outsourcing/BPO consultancy who is seeking to onboard a French speaking Customer Service Representative to join their team in Braga. Position: Customer Service Representative Location: Braga, Portugal Work model: On-site Employment type: Fixed term (6 months) with possibility of extension / permanent contract Remuneration: Base salary About the role. DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Advise healthcare professionals by phone on the use of the software, handling both incoming requests and proactive outbound calls Train users remotely on the company’s services and platform features Ensure fast and efficient handling of customer requests received by email Answer client questions and provide clear guidance on product usage Work closely with sales, marketing, and product teams to ensure full customer satisfaction. REQUIREMENTS: Native / fluent in French (C2) both verbal and written. Fluent in English (minimum B2 level Excellent communication skills with a strong customer-focused mindset Previous experience in a contact center or customer service environment preferred Product or technical support experience considered an advantage Interest in or basic knowledge of electric vehicle charging and sustainable energy solutions Strong troubleshooting skills with the ability to analyze complex issues Adaptability and flexibility in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
