What You Will Do in This Role At the heart of everything we do is a commitment to people — our clients, their customers, our teams, our community, and our planet. As a Customer Service Representative , you will: Provide with accurate information to our customer. Logging and follow up of correct and Valid Orders or requests. Delivery of high caliber Customer Service on Post-Sales requisitions (Logistics, warranties, refunds…) Capturing of all required data elements in CRM as required by client’s training, policies and procedures. Requirements Are proficient or bilingual in Italian + advanced Spanish and English Excellent communication skills in a variety of customer facing situations. Good team player with drive for success.
