**This is a fully onsite role in Homestead FL** **Salary: $19-25/hr** We are seeking a detail-oriented and knowledgeable Customer Service Representative with a **scientific background (degree within the sciences field)** to join our team. This role is ideal for someone who combines strong communication skills with an understanding of scientific concepts, products, or services. The ideal candidate will serve as a key liaison between our customers and internal teams, ensuring a high level of service and accurate technical communication. ### Responsibilities: - Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat regarding products, services, and technical specifications. - Assist customers with product selection based on scientific application or technical requirements. - Resolve problems by clarifying the customer's issue, determining the cause, selecting the best solution, and following up to ensure resolution. - Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction. ### Requirements: - Science degree or previous experience working in a scientific company - Strong communication/customer service skills
