Customer Service Group - Order Processing & Returns Team (Tokyo Headquarters) You will be responsible for product order processing, returns processing, and customer support operations. Key responsibilities: Order/return processing (data entry, verification, document preparation) Customer management (registration and verification) Other administrative duties (handling internal inquiries, responding to customer inquiries, telephone support, fax transmission, customer service, etc.) Sales and customer support activities SOX compliance and audit support (as required) You will be expected to improve the efficiency of the above operations through process improvement initiatives. Through the handling of medical devices, this position contributes to society by supporting the improvement of health and well-being. Qualifications: At least 3 years of order processing and call center experience Ability to perform data entry operations Business-level proficiency in Excel and Word Experience as a sales assistant and/or in a call center Experience in the medical or dental industry is preferred Excellent communication skills and a willingness to learn A strong sense of responsibility and a willingness to take on challenges We are looking for someone who can effectively communicate with customers by telephone, including dentists, dental technicians, and hospital personnel. Candidates with dental knowledge will be able to get up to speed more quickly. Working hours are from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM, including a one-hour lunch break. Depending on business requirements, overtime work may occasionally be requested; however, our company places great importance on work-life balance.
