Provide professional and courteous customer support in Russian and/or Ukrainian and English . Assist customers with inquiries and provide clear, accurate, and timely resolutions. Maintain high standards of customer satisfaction, quality, productivity, and punctuality. Follow company policies, SOPs, and data security/confidentiality guidelines. Participate fully in required training, quizzes, and live certification exams. Proactively apply feedback and continuously improve performance. Fluent in Russian and/or Ukrainian and English. Previous customer service/support experience preferred. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong customer-focused and professional approach. 100% attendance and strong punctuality are required. Ability to successfully complete all training and certification requirements. Quiet and reliable remote workspace with a stable internet connection. Company-compliant Windows or macOS device: Windows 11 Pro, version 25H2 or newer macOS Sequoia/Tahoe or newer Working webcam and microphone. Ability to consistently meet performance targets, including CSAT 90.5%+, QA 90%+, CPH 6+, Occupancy 80%+ and Punctuality 95%+.
