What you do You will lead a team of Service Managers in providing prompt after-sales support to our Singapore corporate customers, ranging from small medium enterprises (SMEs) to large corporate through our hotline channel ensuring that their needs are addressed in an effective, timely and accurate manner. As a Team Manager, you will: Manage day to day activities to ensure customer service standards are met. Monitor and walk the floor to ensure resources are always optimised and daily service targets are met. Perform service reviews with team to ensure quality, efficiency and compliant baselines are met. Handle escalation for client servicing issues. Develop and retain employee to maximise their potentials. Identify new ways of servicing customer and participate in process improvements initiatives to improve customer experience. Degree holder with at least 5-7 years of experience in client service in corporate banking. 5 years of experience in leading a team of staff. Highly effective team management skills. Strong service mindset, with the ability to take ownership, in providing excellent service to customers. Strong organization and planning skills. Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Proficiency in English and Mandarin is a must, to communicate with internal and external customers. Able to commit to working days following Singapore calendar.
