Job description

As a **Customer Success Associate** you’ll be a part of our Customer Success team, helping organizations get the most out of Easygenerator. In this role, you’ll play a key part in ensuring our customers feel supported and empowered from day one, guiding them through their onboarding journey, building strong relationships, and contributing to their long-term success with our tool. ## **What You’ll Do** - Proactively engage customers to maximize adoption and value realization, supporting the Customer Success team in achieving renewals and expansion goals. - Deliver impactful onboarding sessions, product trainings, and webinars that inspire confidence and promote product utilization. - Partner closely with Customer Success Managers to track customer health, identify opportunities for growth, and ensure customers reach key success milestones. - Continuously improve and scale our onboarding experience to enhance customer satisfaction and business impact. - Represent the voice of the customer internally, providing actionable insights to help shape product development and customer strategy. ## **What You Bring** - Excellent command of English language. - Bachelor degree or higher. - 0-1 years of relevant working experience. - Natural ability to teach. - Excellent listening and organizational skills. ## **What’s In It For You** - Being part of a fast-growing scale-up environment where you can make an impact from day one - Working in an international team (40+ nationalities), surrounded by passionate and dedicated colleagues - Develop yourself in the direction you love most.
