A division within Findhelp, SchoolCare’s mission is to improve children’s health with technology that efficiently connects schools, families, and healthcare providers. Our solution builds off of our school-centered digital health platform, enabling HIPAA & FERPA-compliant digital health charting, chronic disease management, and immunization compliance reporting. The SchoolCare team is working hard to drive improved health outcomes for American public school districts through health technology and preventive care. Job Overview: As a Customer Success Manager for SchoolCare, a division of Findhelp dedicated to improving children's health with technology that connects schools, families, and healthcare providers, you will guide school districts in running compliant, well-documented, and sustainably funded school health services programs. Your role combines deep knowledge of district health program administration with the onboarding, training, and relationship work of a customer success manager, and it directly affects the outcomes districts achieve with SchoolCare. Responsibilities and Duties: Build and maintain relationships with key district contacts, including health services leadership, special education leadership, and business officials. Manage the onboarding process for each new district, including a smooth transition from the sales team. Coach school nurses and related-service providers on documentation practices that meet state program and audit standards. Monitor program-health indicators, reporting deadlines, and participation requirements, and intervene early when a district is at risk of falling out of compliance. Support district business officials in understanding, compiling, and reporting on health services program costs, including staffing and indirect cost data. Interpret program feedback and correction requests from state agencies and guide districts to the appropriate remediation. Stay current on state and federal requirements affecting school health services programs and translate them into clear district-facing guidance. Train district staff and partners on the SchoolCare platform. Advocate for the customer, support their success, and help drive renewals. Gather customer feedback to understand needs and goals and help districts achieve them. Collaborate with the Customer Success team to foster a thriving department and the overall success of SchoolCare. Qualifications: BS/BA, clinical licensure, or equivalent experience. 3+ years experience in school district health services administration, district health program coordination, or public program compliance and reporting. Working knowledge of federal and state programs that fund school health services, including their documentation, participation, and annual reporting requirements. Clinical background (RN, LPN, SLP, OT/PT, or similar) or demonstrated credibility working alongside clinical staff. Comfort with payroll allocation, indirect cost rates, and presenting financial information to district leadership. Understanding of IDEA and student privacy requirements as they interact with school health services. Comfortable learning new software tools quickly. Customer-focused, service oriented, and able to prioritize and perform effectively under pressure. Skilled at problem solving, decision making, and navigating challenging situations professionally Superior communications skills (presentation, written, and verbal) and demonstrated ability to communicate effectively with superintendents, business officials, special education directors and state agency staff. Possess a strong desire to use your job and mind to make the world a better place for people in need. Ability to travel to customer locations.
