Our Company Founded in 2020, Seven Retail is a House of Brands operating across F&B, Education, Healthcare, and Lifestyle Services, with over 200 centers across Indonesia. Your Day-to-Day Support the Growth team in new product research and testing initiatives. Respond to incoming customer chats from new product testing campaigns. Handle customer inquiries based on provided scripts and guidelines. Update and maintain daily reports on leads and bookings using Excel or Google Sheets. Communicate booking cancellations following the provided SOP. Provide administrative and operational support to the Growth team. Who We’re Looking For Undergraduate student or fresh graduate from any major. Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills. Good written communication and customer service mindset. Responsible, proactive, and eager to learn. Familiar with Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets.
