You’ll work closely with Product, R&D, Marketing, and leadership to turn data into decisions that drive **immediate business and revenue impact**. You’ll also take part in building our **natural-language AI data solution**, shaping how data is accessed and used across the company. **Key Responsibilities** - Lead analytics for the **company’s leading revenue engine** - Define product and business KPIs and identify growth opportunities - Design and analyze **A/B tests and experiments** - Partner with Product and R&D to define events and tracking requirements - Deliver actionable analyses that influence product and business decisions - Present insights and recommendations to company leadership **Requirements** - 4+ years of analytical experience in a fast changing startup environment - Product analytics experience is a must - Strong SQL skills - Hands-on experience with A/B testing and product metrics - Strong business understanding and ability to connect data to revenue impact - Excellent analytical and communication skills - Experience with BI tools - Marketing and growth analytics experience - Experience with AI-powered data solutions Ready to take your career to the next level with **AutoDS**?
