We value collaboration, flexibility, growth, and work-life balance — creating an environment where people can do great work and enjoy the journey along the way. **What you'll be doing** - Analyze large and complex datasets to identify trends, patterns, and actionable insights that support business decision-making. - Design, define, and monitor core business KPIs to evaluate product and operational performance. - Partner with product, marketing, and business teams to translate business questions into structured data analysis. - Deliver clear, concise, and data-driven insights to stakeholders and shareholders through presentations and reports. - Develop and maintain dashboards and reporting frameworks that enable self-service analytics. - Conduct ad hoc analysis to support strategic initiatives and emerging business needs. - Ensure data quality and integrity by validating datasets and collaborating with data engineering teams when needed. **Our Stack** - SQL(MySQL, Redshfit) (Must) - Python (Good to have) - AirFlow (Good to have) - Metabase (Good to have) **Requirement** - 2+ years experience in a similar data-driven role. - Excellent working knowledge of SQL. - Excellent working knowledge of BI and data visualization tools. - Familiarity with Python. - Familiarity with ETL data pipeline. - Familiarity with Airflow. - Understanding of principles of relational databases and data warehouse. - Strong understanding of sports and gaming will be beneficial. --- ### We Care More About How You Work and Live Some things are simply essential: MacBook Pro, large monitor, Sony noise-cancelling headphones, snacks, coffee and fresh fruit.Some rewards are simply standard: holiday bonuses, , quarterly performance bonuses, and referral bonuses.
