Communicate your findings clearly and document your work so others can build on it. - **Suggest improvements.** Bring questions and ideas that help the team strengthen quality checks, improve documentation, refine a methodology, or simplify a process. **Over your first year, you might:** - Take responsibility for a recurring analytical workflow, including quality checks and delivery. - Investigate a change in a dataset and help determine whether it reflects a business trend or a data issue. - Evaluate a new alternative dataset with support from an experienced teammate. - Build a reusable script or AI-assisted workflow that reduces manual work. - Contribute an analysis or visualization to a new research product or client dashboard. **You Are Likely To Succeed If** - You’re early in your analytics career, typically with 1-3 years of relevant professional experience. We welcome recent graduates and career changers who can demonstrate their skills through internships, academic research, work experience, or substantive projects. - You have a working foundation in SQL and can use it to join, aggregate, and explore data. You have some experience using Python for data analysis and are interested in building more reliable, reusable workflows. Familiarity with PySpark is a plus. - You enjoy working through analytical questions and care about accuracy. You can explain your approach, test assumptions, and check your results. You notice inconsistencies and follow through to understand what caused them. - You’re eager to learn unfamiliar datasets and industries.
