Data Analyst - AU

Job description

We're the world's leading consumer healthcare platform, supporting millions of patients across the US, Australia, the UK, Germany, Japan, Spain and Canada. We're driven by the belief that good health should last a lifetime, and that to get there we need to deliver the personalised, high quality and empathetic care that the traditional system cannot support. You'll partner with our care teams of prescribers, nurses, health coaches, pharmacists and dietitians to support patients across preventative health, weight management and specific women's and men's health conditions. We joined Hims & Hers so that you can do all of the above on a bigger scale, with more ambition, a stronger global brand and the resources to deliver care to patients in dozens of countries. We're looking for people who appreciate and are excited by the enormity and uniqueness of this challenge, and want to work in the most ambitious, smart, fast moving and positive sum environment of their lives to transform how healthcare is delivered globally. We hope that's you. ### **About the role (What you’ll be doing)** - **Drive strategic insights** – Take ownership of key analytical projects, translating complex data into actionable insights that directly inform business-critical decisions across multiple teams and functions. - **Optimise data architecture** – Enhance our central data model for Eucalyptus globally, collaborating with our analytics team in the UK and Philippines to ensure scalability and consistency that drives decision-making at both local and global levels. - **Empower data-driven decisions** – Elevate our reporting and dashboard capabilities, establishing a single source of truth for critical metrics and enabling teams with self-service tools to independently access and apply data. - **Monitor performance & influence growth** – Track and analyse key initiatives, identify trends, and uncover growth opportunities that drive business-wide impact, from acquisition to retention and beyond. ### **About you (Who you are)** - **2-5 years of data analyst experience** – You’ve created and owned end-to-end data products in consumer organisations. - **Advanced analytical thinking & tool proficiency** – Expert in SQL, Python, and Sheets, with a focus on uncovering drivers of business performance and shaping data-informed strategy. - **Applied data science for commercial outcomes** – Skilled in using statistical techniques, experimentation, and behavioural data to answer complex business questions and guide commercial decision-making. - **Ambiguity & a fast-paced environment excites you** – Your curiosity drives you to ask ‘why?’ to get to the next level of understanding; and you can do this work at speed. - **You see more than the data** – You have strong business and commercial acumen, and get to the ‘so what’ based on the analysis you do. You help shape the right analysis for the decision at hand. - **Attention to detail** – You have a high bar for ‘correct’, and work through nuances in the data to surface when an insight can be relied on and when it can’t. - **Exceptional communicator** – You distil complex analyses into clear, actionable insights that cut through the noise, enabling teams to quickly understand the ‘so what’ and take decisive action. ### **So, why join Eucalyptus?** - **We move at incredible speed** - You’ll work with teammates who build in the open by sharing their work freely, this helps us learn and iterate quickly so we can deliver high quality outcomes faster than our competitors. You’ll spend a lot of time outside of your comfort zone learning and iterating frequently, we wouldn’t have it any other way. - **You’ll be supported to accelerate your career** – Regular feedback, regular performance reviews, a professional development budget, and dedicated leave help ensure you have what you need to level up. We’re committed to helping every Eucalypt reach their full potential. - **Our teams are incredibly passionate** - Our talent bar is high and our work ethic is strong. You’ll get to stretch yourself everyday and work amongst people who care deeply about our patients. You’ll be given autonomy to tackle interesting problems and receive regular feedback from a supportive team - **We also offer a range of benefits, including**: - Your own stake in the business through our employee options scheme - A yearly personal development budget and 3 extra days of leave to keep learning - A fun office with regular socials – including after-school sport, clubs, cycle kick-offs, and seasonal parties - Want to hear more about what it’s like to work at Eucalyptus?
