Position Overview
Durham Community Health Centre (DCHC) is seeking a dynamic and motivated Data Analyst - EPESI - to support our multi-site organization across Durham Region.
Reporting to the Interim Director, EPESI, the Data Analyst plays a key role in delivering data-driven insights and business intelligence to support strategic goals and enhance client care and outcomes. The Data Analyst will lead the development and maintenance of systems and processes for data collection and reporting, contribute to key performance indicator (KPI) development, and ensure data quality and integrity across the organization. As a member of the EPESI Team, the Data Analyst will work closely with clinical and non-clinical teams to interpret data and identify opportunities for improvement. The role also involves collaboration with Finance and Talent & Culture teams to support evidence-based decision-making and knowledge sharing.
Externally, the Data Analyst will liaise with organizations such as the Alliance for Healthier Communities, Ontario Health East, and the Durham Ontario Health Team to fulfill reporting obligations.

Key Responsibilities
- Analyze and interpret data to support strategic decision-making and knowledge development.
- Extract and integrate data from multiple systems into usable formats.
- Support clinical and non-clinical teams with statistical analysis, benchmarking, and data visualization.

Qualifications
