Crossix is seeking a talented and experienced Data Architect to join our Engineering team in New York. ### What You’ll Do - Participate in design sessions, Design and implement data architecture for new Crossix solutions. - Maintain and improve data performance, structure, resiliency, availability and on existing data structures. - Support R&D, QA and operational needs. - Become a crucial member of infrastructure operations management and an important representative in the software design forums. ### What You've Done - At least 5 years of hands on Data management, preferably both Application and Infrastructure oriented. - 2 years of design and architectural experience. - Proven experience in both open and closed source relational and non-relational databases. - Good knowledge of new data structures such as Cassandra, MondoDB, Elasticsearch and so on. - 1-2 years of experience in ETL structures and tools. - Experience in working in Big Data analytics companies is a huge advantage. - DevOps processes knowledge and understanding - an advantage.
