Quento Technologies seeks a highly motivated Data Center Technician Responsibilities:Perform commissioning and decommissioning activities for data center infrastructure, including the installation, configuration, and removal of servers, network devices, and related equipment.Execute Rack & Stack operations, cabling, and initial power-on testing to ensure equipment is deployed according to technical and operational standards.Manage and maintain data center cabling infrastructure, ensuring correct routing, secure fastening, and accurate end-to-end labeling of power and network connections.Oversee the hardware lifecycle management process, including receiving deliveries, inventory handling, commissioning, decommissioning, and equipment preparation for deployment or disposal.Conduct regular inventory audits, maintain asset registers, and provide reports on hardware status, utilization, and capacity.Perform hardware maintenance and troubleshooting, including component replacement and coordination of Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) activities with relevant stakeholders.Support capacity planning activities, including rack space allocation, infrastructure layout optimization, and coordination of third-party contractors when required.Maintain accurate technical documentation, update maintenance management systems, and prepare notifications for planned maintenance and infrastructure changes.Prepare, implement, and support changes to data center and core IT infrastructure in accordance with approved procedures and operational requirements.Ensuring that all activities and duties are carried out in full compliance with regulatory requirements and supporting the continued implementation of the Group Anti-Bribery and Corruption Policy.
