This basically means that we do not have senior employees, managers, and their subordinates. All employees are free to make decisions on their own. Requirements Spark - Python/Scala Map/reduce Hadoop stack Strong skills in SQL BI Tools (tableu, Metabase) Programming: functional programming, sbt, Python 3.6, pip DevOps (common understanding): docker, Kubernetes, ci/cd (Jenkins, gitlab ci) In general: Data warehouses, Data Lakes, Streaming Data platforms, distributed applications
