Collaborate across disciplines to understand business requirements, harmonize data from disparate systems, and create ready-to-use datasets that enable reporting, advanced analytics, and decision-making. “One Team” Mindset: Contribute to a high-performance team, collaborating openly with peers to create a team culture of ownership, accountability, and continuous improvement. Qualifications: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Business Analytics, or related fields; advanced degrees are a plus. 5+ years in analytics engineering, data engineering, or a related technical role in a production environment.
