Join us! **Sign on bonus eligible Responsibilities:** - Process data entry of electronic, faxed, and verbal prescriptions per Blink protocols, with a focus on complex and higher-difficulty entries - Serve as point of contact for provider/physician communications, handling both outbound and inbound calls - Accepts inbound provider calls through warm transfers, ensuring call context is established prior to acceptance; patient calls are not currently part of this role, responsibilities are subject to change as business needs evolve - Resolve open issues submitted by a variety of departments, including pharmacists, other technicians, and Incident Coordinator team - Perform all tasks in a safe and compliant manner consistent with corporate policies and State and Federal laws - Other duties as assigned in the Pharmacy Technician role **Requirements:** - Minimum 6 months prior Pharmacy Technician, or similar industry experience required - PTCB or NHA certification required prior to joining - Licensure: Must hold an active Missouri Pharmacy Technician license or be willing to obtain and have it **approved** prior to start date. - Professional phone presence in a support/service capacity - Attention to detail with a high degree of accuracy - Strong technical aptitude and ability to learn complex new software - Competent in basic pharmacy calculations **Shifts:** Available Shift Options: - Rotational 40-hour per week shifts between 8 AM -7 PM CST(Monday- Friday) - 10 AM - 6 PM CST(Monday - Friday) - 11 AM - 7 PM CST(Monday - Friday) - 12 pm - 8 pm CST (Monday - Friday) - Saturday shifts rotate among the team (8 AM – 4 PM CST) you'll always know your schedule in advance. **Location**: 400 South Woods Mill Rd, Chesterfield, MO #### **Benefits:** - **Health, Dental & Vision** – Multiple plan options from day 1 - **Well-being Support** – Employee Assistance Program with counseling, wellness coaching, legal/financial advice, and more - **Vacation** – Accrue up to 80 hours (2 weeks) in year one - **Paid Sick Time** – 40 hours per year - **Holidays** – 9 paid holidays + 2 floating holidays per year - **Parental Leave** – 12 weeks paid (birthing) / 4 weeks paid (non-birthing), including adoption and foster placement - **401(k)** – Traditional and Roth options - **Life & Disability Insurance** – Provided at no cost - **Commuter Benefits** – Free onsite parking + pre-tax commuter FSA+ Free shuttle service (Pittsburgh, PA only) - **Snack & Drink Stipend** – Daily at all pharmacy locations **Why Join Us:**It is rare to have a company that both deeply impacts its customers and is able to provide its services across a massive population.
