We help leading and emerging brands grow by combining deep vertical expertise, strategic thinking, and enterprise intelligence to drive measurable business outcomes. For more than a decade, we have built our business around one belief: the best technology makes great people better. Our teams of strategists, creatives, analysts, and technologists use Omega, our AI operating system, to surface opportunities faster, investigate what is driving performance, and execute approved work with greater speed and precision. Behind Omega is Iris, our proprietary intelligence layer, built on years of real performance data, strategic frameworks, testing, and learnings from across our client portfolio. AI expands the capacity of our people to think, create, solve harder problems, and make better decisions. Human judgment, creativity, and accountability remain central to how we work. As a people-first firm, we value diversity in backgrounds and experiences. We strongly believe our people and culture are key to our success. We partner closely with our clients as an extension of their teams, working across strategy, execution, and measurement to identify what is truly blocking growth and determine what to do next. Our culture is built on people who are curious, ambitious, accountable, and committed to delivering meaningful results for our clients and for one another. At Power Digital, we believe the future belongs to teams that combine the best talent with the best technology. We are building that future today. **\*\*\*Proficiency in spoken and written English at an advanced level is required for this role.** **A day in the life:** The Vertical Data Operations Lead (B2B & Lead Gen) is a senior individual contributor embedded at the intersection of new business, marketing measurement, and complex pipeline data delivery. This role serves three distinct functions: supporting the pre-sales process on large B2B and Lead Gen engagements, contributing to Power Digital's marketing measurement programs, and owning the data onboarding and integration experience for B2B and Lead Gen clients post-signature. You are a B2B and Lead Gen data specialist. You understand the full pipeline data landscape, CRM platforms (Salesforce, HubSpot), marketing automation tools (Marketo, Pardot), demand generation platforms (LinkedIn Ads, 6sense, Demandbase), call tracking and form capture tools (CallRail, Unbounce), and the messy reality of lead data that arrives in every format imaginable: CSV dumps, screenshot imports, manual spreadsheets, and custom-built ingress pipelines. You know how to bring structure to unstructured data, where pipeline attribution breaks down, and what it takes to connect marketing activity to revenue outcomes for clients where the sales cycle is long and the data is rarely clean. This role reports to the Director of Data Operations & Enablement and works closely with the Appraisal team, the Measurement team, Analytics Engineering, and client account leads. **Responsibilities:** **B2B & Lead Gen Vertical Client Delivery:** - Own the end-to-end data onboarding experience for B2B and Lead Gen clients post-signature — from scoping through integration validation and measurement readiness - Lead structured data intake sessions to document lead definitions, pipeline stage mapping, CRM field configuration, conversion logic, and any known attribution nuances - Coordinate standup of B2B and Lead Gen data pipelines — CRM connectors (Salesforce, HubSpot), MAP integrations (Marketo, Pardot), demand gen platforms (LinkedIn Ads, 6sense, Demandbase), and call/form tracking tools (CallRail, Unbounce) - Own the ingestion and normalization of unstructured lead data sources — CSV imports, manual spreadsheets, screenshot-based reporting, and custom ingress tooling — leveraging AI-assisted schema mapping and data extraction where applicable - Validate integrations are live and pipeline data is landing correctly before handing off to analytics engineering for modeling - Maintain living integration documentation per client, usable by any team member **Pre-Sales Support:** - Join sales calls and pitch meetings for large B2B and Lead Gen prospects — speak credibly to Power Digital's data capabilities, CRM integration experience, and onboarding process - Conduct pre-signature data audits: assess the prospect's CRM setup, lead data quality, attribution methodology, and integration complexity — flag custom data requirements and surface red flags before contract - Partner with the Appraisal team to scope data complexity into deal pricing — translate CRM fragmentation, unstructured data ingress, and pipeline attribution requirements into effort estimates - Produce pre-sales data profiles that set accurate expectations for what onboarding will require and what measurement programs are viable **Measurement & Meridian Support:** - Support the Measurement team's data readiness requirements for MMM programs, with specific focus on B2B and Lead Gen clients where offline conversion data and long sales cycles create unique modeling challenges - Own data input preparation for pipeline-focused measurement models — ensuring lead volume, qualified pipeline, and closed revenue data are reconciled, validated, and delivered to spec - Serve as the B2B and Lead Gen data subject matter expert for incrementality and attribution programs that require clean mapping of marketing touchpoints to pipeline and revenue outcomes - Employ AI technologies to enhance and optimize business processes - Utilize and leverage Power Digital's Nova ecosystem as it relates to your department **Role Requirements:** - 4+ years in data operations, marketing analytics, or marketing technology with direct client or stakeholder-facing responsibilities - Deep hands-on experience with B2B and Lead Gen data ecosystems — CRM platforms (Salesforce, HubSpot), marketing automation (Marketo, Pardot), and demand generation tools (LinkedIn Ads, 6sense, Demandbase) - Proven experience handling unstructured and non-standard lead data ingestion — CSV imports, manual data entry reconciliation, screenshot-to-data workflows, and custom ingress pipelines - Solid SQL skills and hands-on Snowflake experience — you can write queries, validate data, and troubleshoot without engineering support for day-to-day tasks - Comfort in client-facing settings: you can speak to data capabilities in a sales conversation and gather requirements from a non-technical marketing stakeholder in the same day - Familiarity with AI-assisted data tooling for unstructured data extraction, schema mapping, or data normalization - Familiarity with ETL tools (Fivetran, Funnel) and data pipeline concepts **Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)** **B2B/CSV client data coverage:** - Target: ≥70% at 6 months → 100% at 12 months - Measurement: % of active B2B/Lead Gen clients with validated data landing in novaCloud / Omega **Data onboarding SLA:** - Target: 95% of onboardings completed within 3 weeks of start date - Measurement: Tracked from contract-sign or kickoff date; exceptions logged with root cause **Unstructured data ingestion success rate:** - Target: ≥ 90% of non-standard sources (CSV, screenshot, manual) normalized, validated, and confirmed landing in novaCloud / Omega within 5 business days of receipt - Measurement: Tracked per-source, per client; re-submissions count against first-pass rate **Most Important Things (MITs)** - Data Depth: Be the go-to for any question about how B2B and Lead Gen pipeline data is structured, where it breaks, and how to make it usable — across clean CRM exports and messy unstructured ingress - Unstructured Data Ingestion: Own the hardest part of B2B data onboarding — bringing structure to data that arrives in every format imaginable, using AI-assisted tooling where applicable - Pre-Sales Credibility: Show up in sales conversations as a data expert who builds prospect confidence and sets accurate onboarding expectations *Power Digital’s people and culture are at the core of our success, which is why diversity in our team’s backgrounds and experiences are paramount.
