**About the role** As a Data Quality Intern at GoMaterials, you’ll play a hands-on role in ensuring that our supplier inventory data is accurate, consistent, and well-organized in our internal systems. You’ll work closely with our team to standardize formats, identify and correct errors, and keep information aligned with company standards. Strong attention to detail and a passion for maintaining clean, organized data are essential for success in this role. You'll gain practical experience and may have the opportunity to join our team full-time. ### Key Responsabilities - Review supplier inventory uploads (Excel/CSV) for accuracy, completeness, and compliance with GoMaterials’ standards (naming conventions, categories, formatting). - Support the standardization and update of supplier inventory data across internal systems. - Assist in identifying duplicates, missing values, or misclassified products and propose corrections. - Help ensure that product and plant details are correctly matched to categories, packaging types, and size terms. - Execute data imports and updates in HubSpot and our internal databases. - Collaborate with the Supplier and Operations teams to keep data processes consistent and up to date. ### Skills & Competencies - Currently pursuing a degree in data science, business analytics, supply chain, operations management, or a related field. - Strong attention to detail with an interest in organizing and cleaning data. - Knowledge of Microsoft Excel (intermediate level). - Comfortable working with spreadsheets, databases, and data entry. - Strong communication skills in English (French is a plus). - Self-motivated, accountable, and able to work independently. - Flexible and comfortable in a fast-paced, evolving startup environment. ### What’s in it for you - Real hands-on experience: You will play a pivotal role in our team, truly gaining hands-on experience developing and executing our 2026 plans. - Opportunities for growth: GoMaterials is a start-up that is growing quickly!
