If this sounds like you or someone you know, then we want to hear from you! **Apply today!!** ### WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING | THE ROLE - Adhere to safety / OSHA regulations - Learn and apply Lean Principles - Unloading/loading installation trucks - Work with vendors and suppliers - Site runs to supply needed materials to the various job sites around the San Diego area and beyond - Materials pickup - Receiving orders - Staging of construction materials for installation crews - Window fabrication and final assembly - Maintain clean working areas ### WHAT YOU BRING | THE PERSON - Great attitude and work ethic; ability to work well with others – Being a team player is a must! - Professional appearance and manner - Attention to written instructions: Able to follow assembly instructions, driving directions and other written documentation - Ability to accurately gather materials for specific orders - Customer service focus - Experience accurately measuring and cutting carpentry materials required - Must be able to repeatedly lift 50-75 lbs., climb and work from ladders, and perform physically demanding tasks associated with construction projects - Safety-oriented - Open to and able to learn - Forklift certified is preferred but willing to train - Experience stocking and pulling materials in a warehouse environment is preferred - Experience in the window replacement industry is a plus - Valid Driver's License and clean driving record is required - Smart Phone, for job-related navigation and app use - High school diploma or GED is required - Ability to pass a drug test and background check ### WHAT'S IN IT FOR YOU | BENEFITS - $18-23/hr DOE - Health/Dental/Vision Plan - 401k - Paid holidays and accrued Paid Time Off (PTO)
