Our Restructuring services team assists clients in debt and industrial restructuring with financial advisory and/or support services to help them prepare business plans that stabilise the business and usher in sustainable change. Our consultants are involved in debt restructuring, distressed M&As and lender advisory activities for multinationals, family-run enterprises, private equity funds and financial institutions. Join our team in Rome , a dynamic and stimulating environment where you will be tasked with: analysing the financial performance of target companies to identify the actual financial situation of an enterprise; financial modelling and business planning; independent business reviews of business plans; commercial and operational due diligence; negotiation with the main stakeholders (mainly financial institutions and investors); distressed M&As (with industrial partners, investment funds, etc.); cash management and turnarounds; cost cutting analysis and organizational improvement. Come As You Are - Your skills and characteristics This is the perfect opportunity for you if you have: 5/7 years of experience in restructuring, company crisis and/or corporate finance; specialist degree in business with a focus on finance/AFC and/or engineering management (for finance); excellent knowledge of English, preferably with study and/or work experience abroad; excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office. Standard employment contract under the collective labour agreement for the commerce sector, with a gross annual salary ranging from €38,000 to €51,000 for the Assistant Manager position and from €52,000 to €65,000 for the Manager position. The salary is determined on the basis of objective criteria, including the candidate’s skills and experience assessed against the requirements of the role.
