Core Expectations • Maintain consistent attendance and punctuality. • Follow dealership processes and workflow standards. • Demonstrate professionalism, teamwork, and accountability. • Protect repair quality, safety, and customer trust. • Use Dealerlogix and MPVI accurately and consistently. Production & Quality • Meet or exceed expected efficiency and productivity benchmarks. • Perform accurate diagnostics and repairs with minimal comebacks. • Complete Digital Vehicle Inspections thoroughly with clear documentation. • Follow OEM repair procedures and warranty standards. Accountability Performance is reviewed regularly. Failure to meet expectations may result in coaching, additional training, or corrective action. Consistent performance creates advancement opportunities. Compensation (Hourly: Flat-rate): $45.00 - $60.00 / hour Depending on experience, certifications, and qualifications (The Technician Position has a Pay Scale consisting of the following elements and ranges.
