Key Responsibilities & Accountabilities Safely operate a Class A tractor-trailer along a dedicated route between and Spring Hill, TN and Arlington, TX. Complete routes efficiently with 100% No-Touch Freight (primarily drop-and-hook with occasional live unloads). Conduct thorough pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections. Maintain accurate electronic logs (ELD) and communicate reliably with dispatch. Adhere strictly to all DOT safety regulations and traffic laws. Work Schedule Enjoy a predictable 4-day workweek with 3 consecutive days off on a structured 3-week rotation: Week 1: Monday – Thursday Week 2: Tuesday – Friday Week 3: Wednesday – Saturday Qualifications & Requirements Experience: Minimum 3 months of verifiable Class A CDL tractor-trailer experience. Licensing: Valid Class A Commercial Driver’s License (CDL). Safety Record: Clean driving record and ability to pass standard DOT physical and drug screens. Compensation & Benefits Top-Tier Pay: $0.69 CPM (Average $1,550 – $1,650 weekly). Freight: 100% No-Touch Freight (Mostly drop & hook).
