Delivery Project Manager - PV & ESS - Europe

Your mission Salut și bun venit la Sungrow! We are looking for a Delivery Project Manager who can support the successful execution of both PV and energy storage projects across Europe. This is a hybrid role designed to welcome strong project professionals, with future specialization in PV or ESS based on business needs and your experience. Lead assigned PV and ESS projects from internal handover through delivery, commissioning, acceptance, and closeout. Build and maintain project plans covering scope, schedule, budget, resources, risks, and key milestones. Coordinate internal teams and external partners across supply chain, logistics, engineering, service, commissioning, and finance. Act as a reliable point of contact for customers and stakeholders, providing clear progress updates and managing expectations. Monitor project delivery, payment milestones, documentation, risks, and change requests to support on-time execution. Drive continuous improvement by capturing lessons learned and strengthening project-delivery processes across the team. Your profile Sounds like a meaningful challenge? Here is what will help you make an impact: Degree in Engineering, Project Management, Business, Renewable Energy, or a comparable field. At least 2-3 years of experience in project management, project coordination, construction, infrastructure, or technical delivery. Exposure to PV, ESS, BESS, electrical systems, EPC environments, or renewable energy projects is highly valued. Strong planning, communication, stakeholder-management, and problem-solving skills. Ability to manage multiple workstreams in a fast-moving, multicultural environment. English C1; Romanian B2 or higher is a plus, and a project management certification such as PMP, PRINCE2, or CAPM is welcome. Why us?
