Demand Generation & Marketing Content Manager

Job description

**About Wellfit** Wellfit is a healthcare fintech platform helping remove financial barriers between patients, providers, employers, and payors. Our solutions help dental and healthcare organizations offer more flexible payment, financing, and membership options while improving access to care and supporting practice growth. As Wellfit continues to scale, we're investing in stronger brand awareness, more effective marketing execution, and demand-generation programs that create measurable opportunities for our sales organization. We're seeking a creative, commercially minded, and AI-enabled **Demand Generation & Marketing Content Manager** who can develop compelling content, execute integrated campaigns, and build a repeatable engine for generating qualified customer interest. **About the Role:** This is a hands-on marketing leadership opportunity for someone who combines exceptional content and storytelling capabilities with demonstrated success generating demand and supporting sales pipeline. You will own Wellfit's content marketing, organic social presence, integrated campaigns, website messaging, and marketing collateral while helping establish a more disciplined, measurable approach to demand generation. You'll collaborate closely with Sales, Product, and leadership to understand our customers, communicate our value, and turn marketing activity into meaningful commercial opportunities. This is an individual contributor position with significant ownership and strategic influence. Success requires someone who can independently develop strategy, prioritize initiatives, and execute high-quality work without depending heavily on agencies or additional team members. **What You'll Do:** **Demand Generation & Pipeline Growth** - Own and execute integrated B2B marketing campaigns designed to create awareness, generate qualified leads, and contribute to sales pipeline. - Develop targeted programs for dental practices, healthcare organizations, partners, employers, payors, and other relevant decision-makers. - Partner closely with Sales to understand ideal customer profiles, buyer personas, prospect challenges, and opportunities to improve lead quality. - Build multichannel campaigns leveraging email, social media, landing pages, educational content, and other appropriate digital channels. - Develop lead-nurturing campaigns that move prospects from initial awareness toward meaningful sales engagement. - Track and evaluate campaign effectiveness using engagement, lead conversion, lead quality, and pipeline contribution. - Continuously test new messaging, channels, content formats, and campaigns to improve marketing performance. **Content Strategy & Brand Storytelling** - Develop and execute a cohesive content strategy aligned with Wellfit's products, audiences, and growth objectives. - Create compelling content across blogs, thought leadership, product education, customer stories, emails, landing pages, presentations, and campaigns. - Translate complex healthcare, lending, payments, fintech, and SaaS concepts into clear, engaging, audience-specific messaging. - Develop content that supports the complete buyer journey, from awareness and education through consideration and sales engagement. - Maintain a consistent and recognizable brand voice across marketing channels. - Bring original creative ideas forward that help differentiate Wellfit and strengthen its market presence. **Social Media & Digital Marketing** - Own Wellfit's organic social media strategy and execution across LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, and other relevant platforms. - Build a consistent publishing cadence focused on awareness, thought leadership, product education, and audience engagement. - Create engaging copy, graphics, video concepts, educational content, and campaign-driven posts. - Evaluate social media performance beyond vanity metrics, identifying opportunities to generate website traffic, inquiries, and sales conversations. - Support executive thought leadership and customer-facing communication initiatives. **Website Content & Conversion** - Own marketing content improvements across Wellfit's website, ensuring messaging remains current, accurate, compelling, and aligned with business priorities. - Develop and optimize campaign landing pages, product messaging, calls to action, and customer education content. - Apply SEO fundamentals, metadata improvements, and content optimization techniques to increase discoverability. - Ensure Wellfit's payment, financing, membership, ACH, Pinless Debit, and emerging product offerings are clearly represented. - Identify opportunities to improve visitor engagement and conversion into qualified inquiries. **Sales Enablement & Marketing Collateral** - Partner with Sales and Product to develop materials that support prospective customer conversations. - Create and maintain product one-pagers, brochures, presentations, educational resources, campaign assets, and customer-facing collateral. - Develop messaging tailored to buyer personas, product benefits, customer pain points, and different stages of the sales cycle. - Ensure marketing assets are accurate, current, professionally branded, and readily accessible. - Identify gaps in existing sales materials and proactively develop solutions. **Events & Campaign Marketing** - Develop marketing content and promotional campaigns supporting conferences, trade shows, and industry events. - Create event-specific messaging, collateral, presentations, social content, and email campaigns. - Execute pre-event and post-event marketing initiatives designed to maximize awareness, engagement, and sales follow-up opportunities. - Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external partners on event-related marketing needs. *This role supports event marketing but is not responsible for shipping, booth logistics, or end-to-end event operations.* **AI-Enabled Marketing Execution** - Leverage AI-enabled tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, Canva, marketing automation platforms, and creative technologies to increase marketing speed and effectiveness. - Develop repeatable AI-supported workflows for research, writing, campaign creation, creative production, and content repurposing. - Experiment with AI-enabled personalization, prospect messaging, video creation, and campaign optimization. - Identify opportunities to bring marketing capabilities in-house while reducing unnecessary reliance on external agencies. - Combine AI-assisted execution with strong creative judgment, editorial quality, and brand consistency. **What We're Looking For** - **6+ years of B2B marketing experience**, ideally spanning content marketing, demand generation, digital campaigns, and growth marketing. - Demonstrated ownership of marketing campaigns that contributed to qualified lead generation, sales opportunities, or pipeline development. - Strong writing, editing, storytelling, and content development capabilities. - Experience building and executing integrated marketing campaigns across multiple channels. - Understanding of B2B buyer journeys, audience targeting, lead nurturing, and conversion optimization. - Ability to measure marketing effectiveness through meaningful commercial outcomes rather than content production or engagement alone. - Experience collaborating directly with Sales to align marketing initiatives with revenue objectives. - Strong creative instincts and the ability to develop differentiated messaging for complex products or services. - Hands-on experience using AI tools to improve marketing productivity and execution. - Ability to independently manage priorities, execute campaigns, and deliver results in a lean, fast-moving environment. - Strong communication, collaboration, organization, and project management skills. - Comfort receiving feedback, adapting quickly, and continuously improving work. **Nice to Have** - Experience in healthcare, dental, fintech, payments, lending, SaaS, or B2B technology. - Experience developing demand-generation programs within a growing or scaling organization. - Familiarity with CRM platforms, marketing automation, campaign reporting, and lead attribution. - Experience managing company LinkedIn accounts, executive thought leadership, and organic social campaigns. - Working knowledge of SEO, landing pages, website content management, and digital analytics. - Experience with Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, Camtasia, or comparable design and video tools. - Experience developing product demos, video scripts, customer stories, or educational content. - Experience supporting trade show and event-related marketing campaigns. - A portfolio demonstrating strong creativity, content quality, and measurable campaign outcomes. **What Success Looks Like** - Success in this role means building a marketing function that consistently contributes to Wellfit's growth. - You'll help establish a stronger and more recognizable brand, create a reliable cadence of high-quality content, and develop campaigns that attract qualified prospective customers. - You'll work with Sales to understand which marketing efforts generate useful conversations, improve conversion opportunities, and contribute to pipeline. - You'll also help Wellfit move faster by leveraging modern technologies, creating scalable workflows, and reducing dependency on external marketing agencies. - Most importantly, your work will connect creative execution to measurable business outcomes. **Why Wellfit** - **Meaningful Impact:** Directly influence how prospective customers discover, understand, and engage with Wellfit. - **Ownership & Autonomy:** Help build and shape a growing internal marketing capability. - **Modern Technology:** Leverage AI and emerging technologies to make marketing more creative, scalable, and effective. - **Competitive Compensation:** $120,000–$130,000 annual base salary. - **Hybrid Flexibility:** Three days per week onsite in Irving, Texas. - **Comprehensive Benefits:** Medical, dental, vision, generous PTO, bonus eligibility, and 401(k) matching. - **Cross-Functional Collaboration:** Partner closely with Sales, Product, Operations, and company leadership.
