Job description
🦷 General Dentist – Partnership Opportunity Frisco, Texas | Dallas–Fort Worth Metroplex Growing Private Group Practice | Advanced GP Dentistry | Partnership Pathway | Future 4–5 Day Schedule Are you an experienced General Dentist looking for more than another associate position? A growing, dentist-led private group practice in Frisco, Texas is seeking an experienced General Dentist to join the team with the opportunity to grow into a long-term partnership role as the practice continues to expand. This is an excellent fit for a clinically strong, entrepreneurial dentist who wants to practice comprehensive dentistry, build a meaningful patient base, contribute to the growth of the organization, and ultimately have the opportunity to participate in the success of the business. The practice is especially interested in a “Super GP” comfortable with procedures such as implants, surgical extractions, molar endodontics, and comprehensive restorative dentistry. ⭐ Why This Opportunity Is Different 🤝 Partnership Opportunity This position is being built with the long term in mind. Rather than simply hiring another associate, the group is looking for a dentist who can become an important part of the practice's continued growth and potentially progress into practice-level partnership and ownership. Partnership structure and timing will be discussed with qualified candidates based on clinical fit, performance, and mutual long-term goals. For the right dentist, this is an opportunity to build equity rather than simply produce dentistry for someone else. 📈 Join a Growing Private Group The practice is part of a growing dentist-led private group , offering many of the resources and operational advantages of a larger organization while maintaining the clinical autonomy, relationships, and entrepreneurial environment associated with private practice. As the organization continues to grow, there may also be opportunities to participate in future growth, leadership, and expansion. 🦷 Practice Comprehensive Dentistry This is a strong opportunity for a dentist who enjoys practicing at the top of their license. Ideal clinical capabilities include: Implant placement Surgical and complex extractions Molar endodontics Crown and bridge Comprehensive restorative dentistry Same-day treatment when clinically appropriate Comprehensive diagnosis and treatment planning You will have the ability to diagnose, treatment plan, and provide a broad scope of care rather than routinely referring productive procedures outside of the practice. 🏥 Practice Snapshot 5 operatories 2 full-time hygienists Dedicated hygiene operatories Eaglesoft practice management software PPO and Fee-for-Service patient base Established systems supporting implant and endodontic treatment Experienced Owner Dentist working alongside the clinical team Strong operational support for scheduling, collections, and patient flow 🗓️ Current Schedule + Growth Plan The practice is currently operating around an alternating-week clinical schedule as patient demand and provider capacity continue to expand. Current Core Hours Monday & Tuesday: 7:45 AM – 5:00 PM Wednesday & Thursday: 6:45 AM – 4:00 PM Current Rotation Week A: Up to 5 clinical days Week B: Approximately 3 clinical days Importantly, this is not intended to be the permanent schedule. As the practice and group continue to grow, the expectation is for this position to evolve into a consistent, traditional 4–5 day clinical work week , providing greater schedule consistency, production capacity, and long-term earning potential. Candidates interested in helping build that growth will be especially well aligned with the opportunity. 💰 Compensation & Benefits Competitive collections-based compensation Tiered compensation structure available W-2 employment Benefits eligibility No lab or supply deductions when utilizing preferred/formulary vendors Strong existing patient demand Significant opportunity to increase production as the schedule expands Long-term partnership opportunity Specific compensation and partnership economics will be discussed directly with qualified candidates. 📍 Frisco, Texas The practice is located in Frisco, Texas, in Collin County , one of the premier growth corridors of the Dallas–Fort Worth Metroplex. The location is convenient to dentists living throughout: Frisco Plano McKinney Allen Prosper Little Elm The Colony Carrollton Addison North Dallas Frisco and the surrounding North Dallas suburbs continue to attract new residents, employers, families, and high-income households—creating an attractive environment for a comprehensive dentist looking to build a substantial long-term patient base. 🚀 Who We're Looking For This opportunity will be especially attractive to a dentist who: Has 2+ years of clinical experience Wants to practice comprehensive dentistry Is comfortable with implants, surgery, and/or endodontics Enjoys a productive, efficiently managed clinical environment Values autonomy and private-practice culture Wants to help grow a practice rather than simply inherit a schedule Has an entrepreneurial mindset Is interested in partnership and long-term ownership Wants to establish roots in the North Dallas / Frisco market 🏆 Build Something You Can Own There are plenty of opportunities to become an associate dentist. There are far fewer opportunities to join a growing private dental organization where you can practice comprehensive dentistry, increase your earning potential, help grow the business, and potentially become an owner.
