🦷 General Dentist Opportunity – Vandalia, Illinois | Established, High-Performing Private Group Practice (Confidential) 4-Day Workweek | 11 Operatories | Eaglesoft | Strong Hygiene Department Are you a confident, comprehensive General Dentist looking for a stable, busy schedule in a well-supported practice where you can do great dentistry and be as productive as you want to be? Our long-established, doctor-led private group practice in Vandalia, IL is seeking a full-time Associate Dentist to join a collaborative team with strong patient demand and efficient systems. Experienced dentists are strongly preferred , but the practice is open to a 2026 graduating dentist or current resident who is coachable, clinically thoughtful, and excited to grow in a high-support environment. 🌟 Practice Overview This practice has deep roots in the community and a strong reputation for comprehensive care. Practice Snapshot 11 operatories 2 Dentists + 4 Hygienists Eaglesoft practice management software Strong hygiene/recall systems that consistently feed restorative and comprehensive care Experienced clinical and administrative support to keep the day moving ⚙️ Clinical & Procedural Focus We’re looking for a dentist who enjoys comprehensive care and takes pride in doing quality work efficiently.
